  • Try to get at least 30 minutes of physical activity a day, it helps increases memory retention, improves mental health, and enhances physical health. - Savanah 

  • Gain practical experience in your field of interest through internships, part-time jobs, research projects, or volunteer opportunities to enhance your resume and skill set. - Aaron

  • Study a little bit every day. It decreases stress and increases confidence and performance on exams. - Savanah
